Web Hosting Agreement

This is a contract entered into by Mediate Lawsuit (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) The Client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) on this date;

The Client hereby engages the Provider to provide services described herein under “Web Hosting Contract”. The Provider hereby agrees to provide the Client with such services in exchange for consideration described herein under “Payment for Services Rendered.”

Monthly Web Hosting Includes the following;

Control Panel Access
50 Email addresses
Email forwarding
300 MB Disk Space
US-Based Live Phone Support
FTP Access
Total Control to Back End of Website
Spam Filter Spam Assassin
Wordpress Access
Site Backup

Should the Client fail to pay the Provider the full amount specified on any invoice within 10 calendar days of the invoice’s date, a late fee equal to 1% shall be added to the amount due and interest of 12% percent per annum shall accrue from the 15th calendar day following the invoice’s date.

Applicable Law

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of (FL) and any applicable Federal law.
