This Agreement is entered into by 800Commerce and the undersigned client ("Client") as of the date of the last signature below.
The Client engages 800Commerce to provide the services described in this Agreement as part of the 90-Day AI Accelerator Program, and 800Commerce agrees to provide such services in exchange for the fees set forth herein.
Program Purpose
The 90-Day AI Accelerator Program is designed to improve the Client's visibility within AI-powered search experiences, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other emerging answer engines.
Unlike traditional SEO programs that focus primarily on rankings, this Program is designed to improve how AI systems discover, interpret, evaluate, and cite the Client's expertise, credentials, services, and content. The Program combines technical optimization, structured data implementation, authority development, and content enhancement to help AI systems better understand and recommend the Client's business.
Scope of Services
The Program consists of three integrated phases:
Phase 1 – Audit & Strategy
AI Readiness Audit
A comprehensive technical and content audit identifying website structure, entity recognition, schema markup, content, and authority gaps that may limit visibility within AI-powered search results and large language models. Findings will be delivered in a written report.
Competitive Gap Analysis
A review of competitor visibility across traditional search and AI-generated search experiences to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Customized 90-Day Action Plan
A prioritized implementation roadmap tailored to the Client's industry, market position, competitive landscape, and visibility objectives.
Phase 2 – Implementation
Schema Markup Implementation
Installation and configuration of structured data (JSON-LD) across key website pages using schema types appropriate to the Client's business and services.
AI-Ready Content Optimization
Optimization, restructuring, and enhancement of mutually agreed-upon website content to improve semantic clarity, entity recognition, topical authority, and compatibility with AI-generated search experiences.
Entity & Authority Building Strategy
Development of recommendations and implementation support relating to business entity recognition, citation consistency, Google Business Profile optimization, and authority-building opportunities.
Technical SEO Remediation
Implementation of reasonable technical improvements relating to crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, internal linking, and website performance.
Phase 3 – Monitoring & Reporting
AI Search Visibility Monitoring
Ongoing monitoring of the Client's appearance within AI-generated search experiences, AI Overviews, answer engines, and related visibility channels.
Monthly Progress Reports
Three (3) monthly reports summarizing completed work, visibility improvements, observations, recommendations, and next-step priorities.
End-of-Program Strategy Session
A final consultation reviewing results achieved during the engagement and providing recommendations for ongoing growth and maintenance.
Client Support
Professional support and communication throughout the duration of the Program.
Authorization
The Client agrees to provide reasonable access to its website, hosting environment, content management system, analytics platforms, business profiles, and related systems as necessary for 800Commerce to perform the services described in this Agreement.
The Client authorizes 800Commerce to implement approved technical, content, and structured-data changes and to perform actions reasonably necessary to complete the Program.
Client Responsibilities
The Client and 800Commerce agree to cooperate in good faith to complete the Program efficiently and within the ninety (90) day Program Term.
The Client shall provide requested credentials, approvals, content, and access in a timely manner. Delays in providing required information may delay completion of the Program.
If the Client fails to provide the access or materials reasonably required to begin work within forty-five (45) days of the Effective Date, 800Commerce may, at its discretion, deem the Program abandoned, retain fees previously paid, and terminate this Agreement unless canceled in writing before that date.
What Success Looks Like
The purpose of the Program is to improve the ability of AI systems and search engines to discover, understand, evaluate, and reference the Client's business.
Indicators of success may include:
• Improved structured-data coverage
• Increased entity recognition and authority signals
• Improved visibility in AI-powered search experiences
• Increased citation frequency by AI systems
• Enhanced search discoverability
• Increased qualified website traffic and inquiries
Because AI systems, search engines, and answer platforms are controlled by third parties and are constantly evolving, specific rankings, citations, visibility levels, or business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
